Terms and Conditions

GENERAL: Ohio Pool Equipment & Supply Company (O.P. Aquatics) sells to owners and operators of commercial and institutional swimming pool and spa facilities. We offer the following policies and operating procedures to make dealing with us more enjoyable and efficient. We are ready to sell quality products, and to offer excellent customer service.

PRICES: The prices listed on the website reflect the selling prices at the time of issuance. O.P. Aquatics reserves the right to change prices without notice.

METHOD OF SHIPPING: Normally UPS if under 150 pounds. On all UPS shipments, the customer will be charged the UPS and handling charges. Orders of 150 pounds or more will normally be shipped on O.P. Aquatics trucks. Common carrier shipments are available. All deliveries are FOB O.P. Aquatics warehouse.

O.P. AQUATICS TRUCK DELIVERIES: Delivery charges will be calculated on an individual basis according to location, distance and ease of delivery. Minimum order for truck delivery is $100.00.

TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS: The seller?s responsibility ceases when merchandise is turned over to a common carrier. Damages or shortages should be reported to the delivering carrier immediately upon receipt and noted on the freight bill before acceptance of merchandise is made. Claims to recover such damages or shortages must be filed with the common carrier within the time limit allowed by such carrier.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: No merchandise is to be returned without written authorization. Please advise our sales department of any pick-ups you have, and O.P. Aquatics will issue the proper paperwork. Drivers are not authorized to make pick-ups without written authority. New equipment of current design and in original carton will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. All returned material is to be returned freight prepaid or via O.P. Aquatics truck.

WARRANTIES: All products sold by O.P. Aquatics carry manufacturers? warranties. These warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, cover products sold by O.P. Aquatics. The customer will be responsible for transportation, labor costs and any other incidental expenses in connection with warranty repair or replacement. O.P. Aquatics is not responsible for any damages caused by any products. All products returned under warranty by the customer will be issued credit when O.P. Aquatics receives credit from the manufacturer. The customer must be invoiced if replacement is needed. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
